Services described
Content on this site describes professional review engagements related to app analytics and financial audit applications for SaaS KPI and control reviews. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign a written statement of work or engagement letter.
No professional advice via the website alone
Blog posts and general pages do not constitute accounting, legal, or audit opinions. Findings issued under a signed engagement apply only to the systems, periods, and scope stated in that engagement.
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, and downloadable materials remain the property of AI CommNet Digital unless an engagement letter assigns deliverables to you. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission.
Client responsibilities

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, AI CommNet Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, unless an engagement letter specifies another forum.

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. We may update content without notice.
