Provider and approach

Reviews are led by a senior reviewer from AI CommNet Digital with a second reviewer for sampling checks. We work from your live systems and close packs — we do not invent proxy metrics to make numbers look tidy.

  2. Evidence collection — event specs, warehouse queries, billing extracts, access lists, and last three close packs.
  3. Working sessions — definition workshops and control walkthroughs.

Duration and location

Constraints

We pause fieldwork if required access is withheld for more than five business days. Findings reflect the systems and periods you make available; we do not extrapolate beyond sampled evidence.

Pricing basis

Fixed engagement fee starting from MYR 18,000, adjusted for number of KPIs, systems, and on-site days. Travel within Kuala Lumpur is included; regional travel is quoted separately. No subscription — you pay for the review engagement only.
