Engagement fees for SaaS KPI and control reviews — fixed quotes after scoping, not subscription tiers.
Fees reflect scope: number of KPIs, systems touched, on-site days, and whether close-week observation is required. All figures are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude SST where applicable. Informational only — no checkout on this site.

How estimates are built
After a free scoping call we send a one-page outline covering:
- KPIs and control areas in and out of scope
- Assumed access and stakeholder availability
- Timeline with draft and final milestones
- Fixed fee and payment schedule (typically 50% on start, 50% on final pack)
If your landscape is unusually fragmented — multiple warehouses, legacy billing, or multi-country entities — we may propose a short paid discovery week before locking the full fee.
What we do not sell here
- Monthly software subscriptions
- Unlimited “advice hours” without a written scope
- Percentage-of-funding success fees
Deposits and changes
A deposit secures the start date. Scope changes mid-engagement are written as change notes with fee impact before extra work begins. See our refund policy for cancellations, rescheduling, and work already started.
