About AI CommNet Digital

A Kuala Lumpur practice focused on app analytics integrity and financial control reviews for SaaS operators.

Why we exist

SaaS companies in Malaysia and the wider region grow quickly, then discover that product dashboards and finance packs tell different stories. AI CommNet Digital was formed to sit between those rooms: we read event definitions with the same care we give billing controls, and we write findings that both sides can own.

How we work

We are not a software vendor. Engagements are time-bounded reviews led by people who have closed SaaS books and rebuilt tracking plans under deadline pressure. Workshops stay small. Evidence is sampled, not hand-waved. Deliverables are documents your board or diligence counsel can attach without translation.

Roots in Kuala Lumpur

Our office at Level 10, 27 Jalan Pinang puts us near the finance and technology teams that gather in the Golden Triangle. On-site kick-offs and close-week observation are common for local clients; remote workshops cover regional teams that already operate across time zones.

Values we hold to

  • Evidence over narrative — every material finding cites a system, period, or sampled transaction.
  • Shared vocabulary — we refuse to leave product and finance with separate dictionaries.
  • Proportionate controls — recommendations match company stage; early-stage teams are not asked to behave like banks.
  • Clear endings — engagements close with a pack and a walkthrough, not an open-ended retainer by default.

Relationship with clients

Most work begins with a single flagship SaaS KPI Control Review. Some teams return each year before audit season or after a major pricing change. Others engage us only when diligence starts. Either path is fine — we size the review to the question in front of you.
